RETURN WINDOW

Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Approved returns must be mailed within seven days of receiving return authorization. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from odors, and returned with all original tags attached.

RETURN SHIPPING

For ordinary returns involving fit, size preference, color preference, or a change of mind, Signature Hoops will provide a prepaid return label and a flat $7.95 return-label fee will be deducted from the refund. No additional restocking fee will be charged.
Signature Hoops will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping when an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is received.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges may be offered for the same product and color when the requested size remains available. Because many products are released in limited quantities, replacement inventory cannot be reserved or guaranteed. When an exchange is unavailable, the customer may select an eligible refund or store credit.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable because the shipping service has already been completed. This does not apply when Signature Hoops cancels an order before shipment or determines that the complete order was incorrect or defective.

LIMITED RELEASES

Most limited-release products follow the standard 14-day return policy. Limited inventory means exchanges, restocks, and replacement sizes cannot be guaranteed. Products excluded from returns must be clearly marked Final Sale before checkout.

FINAL-SALE PRODUCTS

of-one, deeply discounted clearance items, special collaborations specifically released as final sale, or clearly identified as final sale before purchase.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will still be reviewed by Customer Care.

PREORDERS

Preorders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, cancellation may no longer be available once production and inventory commitments begin.
After delivery, eligible unworn preorder merchandise follows the standard 14-day return policy unless clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase. Preorder exchanges depend on remaining inventory and cannot be guaranteed.
